There was a young fellow called Hank, Who converted his home for a prank. He now owns a frigate, That’s closed off to bigots. So all M.A.G.A must walk the plank!
They had basement flooding problems for as long as they lived there. When the house was condemned for mold, the swore it wouldn’t happen again (the insurance company was fine with the solution).
Years ago I worked with an entertaining fellow who built a fairly decent facsimile of a pirate ship deck and hull ( at least what Hollywood thinks is a pirate ship) among the grove of trees on his property. It was in the county so no real zoning issues came up and it was kind of hidden by the trees. This was the era of Jimmy Buffet, ‘A Pirate Looks at 40’, men living out their fantasies, that wacky early 2000’s era of male self-realization.

Mr. Boonhoffer next door is wondering where he can get a cannon so he can sink Hurley’s dream boat.

I do hope the ship has plumbing. Otherwise that poop deck …
And of course the “head” at the bow of ship…
The ocean blue landscaping is a nice touch.

I just love the neighbors new 26 foot fence. It was built by our own Ballard Fence and Embroidery Shoppe.

I don’t know, I find eccentric neighbors entertaining. Plus anything that might irritate an HOA apperatchik is a bonus.
