By the way, am I the only one who can’t view their GoComics profile? Every time I’ve tried for the past several days I get a 500 server error message.

That has to take first prize at the Rotor/Motor Club’s annual Show and Tell.

I’m with Ted. Never been bored a day in my life. More things I want to do than I could do in three lifetimes. You go, Ted.

TODAY’S LIMERICK.

There was a young fellow called Ted, Who was constantly using his head. He created new things, With some wood and old springs, And they all came from Russell’s new bed.(See yesterday’s cartoon!)

Ted can get a bit cranky.

I’m like Ted. I wish I had time to be bored.

A useful invention that saves shoe leather.. but gives you a severe kink in your neck trying to look ahead, Ted tried to solve that with a mirror but then left became right and confused folk. It never really became popular.

Neither do I. Routinely “bored” people are boring.

But do they have patience for Ted? MMMMMMMMMMM-doubtful.

Before I retired, I would on occasion send “Ballard Street” to one of my co-workers, and we would try to delve into the mind of the artist, trying to figure out which came first—the drawing or the caption? Today’s offering would have been fodder for a week’s worth of arguing. Thank you for the memory.

I found a bicycle pedal today. It will go nicely with my found object dragon sculpture I’m creating in the front yard out of found objects.
