    It’s the Minotaur…. not “a” Minotaur….

who lived (or… lives!) in the middle of the Labyrinth.

and it looks like we’ve wandered way too far into it….. .

Must be a dated comic, cubicles are usually 3 to 4 feet tall

I’m 6’3" and could always easily see over the tops of our cube farms. Then my wife and 3 year old son visited and the boy bolted. No idea where he was until I stopped to listen. “Who are you little boy?” He was quite the social butterfly and was introducing himself to everyone as he went.

The Minotaur is out of context. He lives in a Labyrinth, not a maze. They’re not the same thing.

I call the one at work a rabbit warren. Once upon a time, all of the aisles were labeled with what cubes were on them. With half the signs missing, we have to give directions by landmarks. Go past the supercube with the blinds to the second aisle…

People tend to think “minotaurs” plural now, because they are stock standard monsters for computer games, and sometimes come in mobs.

Just be glad it’s not the relative of the Nimon from Dr. Who “The God Complex.” The cubicles pattern would constantly change and then the fear when you find your cubicle. “Praise him.”
