Strange….I had this years first sighting of a woolly bear caterpillar just yesterday. The brown center was so dark it almost looked like a completely black caterpillar. I’d never seen one that dark, so I’m interested in how this Winter is going to turn out.

Well, it may be a bad Winter. I saw my first flock of geese heading South the first week of August!
