It is Government rules etc. that force businesses to kowtow or leave the state, which many do.
The Wall Street Journal may not have a comics page, but it does have a daily comic called Pepper…and Salt, as well as a daily A-HED article that is usually meant to be comical or at least light. NY Times has no sense of humor.
Precisely why I won’t subscribe to the NYT nor the WSJ. Even the “Economist” has a cartoonist.
