I wonder if they’re seeing the same story that Wally saw.

Umm, actually, you didn’t ask. You kind of demanded. And after what Duffy said, you expect servile obedience?

    Tsk! Tsk!

That fourth panel is absolutely great!

A little humor always helps, especially after what Kirbee and Chic recently went through.

Don’t know about anyone else, but it’s about time for a little humor in this comic strip!

    What comic book?

The one you need the goggles to see. That comic book.

A pretty transparent ploy, to me.

Has Wally actually read the whole comic, or just the cover?

I’ve just finished reading Endtown Book 4. The pork conspiracy, the murder trial and the wolf riots. Police procedural novel becomes political horror story. To read it all in one go… wow, what a trip!

So is the super long arm of Chic the result of the book, or is this a minor screw up of perspective?

Consider how they’re reading the comic. Kirbee and Chic have figured a way for them to share the comic at the same time. Each has a glove on one hand, and a lens over one eye. And both cuddled together. This, instead of taking turns with the equipment. Here’s another subtle hint of how Kirbee and Chic feel about each other. Wonderful.

Sometimes Wally acts like a typical trying to be strict husband/father.Usually looked on as lovable.

I wonder if Wally and the others realize that they are going to need those goggles when they go topside to see the topsiders.
