He should consider a promotion. From Captain Victorious to General Nuisance.
Why were all superheroes sergeants or over? (With Captain being, by far, the favorite rank.) Not sure if there were any generals. During WW II all American generals were good guys in need of help after the evil Axis monsters. Was it the 60s when American generals were more likely the problem themselves? (Yes, Thunderbolt Ross, I’m looking at you.)
