    I would have expected her to drink IRISH whisky, but I guess a Celt is a Celt.

    (They seem to keep mead on hand for Tyr, so I wonder if they serve poteen…)

    The usage note from Wiktionary: The regional spellings “whiskey” and “whisky” (from the Scottish Gaelic form of the same Gaelic word) are used world-wide to distinguish regional drinks, for example “bourbon whiskey” but “Scotch whisky”.
