Sea Level has risen about 425 feet since it began rising when the last Ice Age reversed and, as yet, nobody has drowned. The current pace of rising is still 3mm/year (about 10"/CENTURY) and we all will be smart enough to move to higher ground as needed (though I’m starting to wonder about the “all” part).
This is exactly the premise behind an episode the Beef and Dairy Network did in support of the global climate strike in September. And as always, it was hilarious.
Whether you like it or not, the icecaps are melting. They have been melting since the last ice age 110,000 years ago. There have been at least five ice ages in the history of the earth. They aren’t gonna stop now because of some politicians and fake scientists.

All those folks who want to live on a beach better start looking at houseboats so they can move it easily as the sea level keeps rising.
