Well, I’m with Luann this time. Brad was just plain nasty. This is why they make “Clean/Dirty” magnets for the dishwashers! Where’s the white job board? Haha!
I understand Luann. My housemate insists on putting wooden or partially wooden kitchen items (spoons, knives, etc.) into the dishwasher. The high temps and detergent can damage the wood and lead to splintering and cracking. (And don’t get me started on my cast iron pots and pans. NO SOAP! EVER! Scrub with hot water and soap-free scouring pad and dry immediately.)
