She needs to say no to most asked to help with. At times where I used to work at I say no. When I used to work with county for department of correction’s as a receptionist, my daughter through band as each student required to sell a box of fruit as oranges, grapefruit, and I think apples as I like most husband and I did buy a box and a couple of others also bought a box as healthy, daughter got to go special trip for selling, others who did not sell or try to sell did not go, we signed up, when my daughter was finished with HS, another worker helped his daughter, fell through. Another worker help their child out who lived in a very small town, I knew of this town, I helped. I did have limits as pt my pay was low.
Remember, this is an old strip. Most public or government offices no longer allow this kind of solicitation—but I miss my Girl Scout Cookie purveryors!
