I once had a team leader send me a proposal from a new vendor that he wanted approved. It looked something like this. Most of it was nonsense which lead to one paragraph that basically said that they would become our main software supplier and there would be no further negotiations on pricing going forward. I sent back and very brief note saying request denied and whatever they promised you if you already have it give it back and if you can’t give it back come see me.
