Most grocery stores have “bonus” cards of some style and often have discounts available on their web site that match your buying history. Check it out before you get to the checkout.
I tried sorting through coupons, long ago…it was a lotta work and I had better things to do. Now I still glance through and grab an occasional coupon, but am more likely to look for sales.

The problem is that now you have to buy newspapers and magazines to get the coupons as well.
