Lucy stands in front of Charlie Brown and looks at a piece of paper. She asks, "What in the world is this?" Charlie Brown replies, "Snoopy got a message from the head beagle . . . It's in code . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy continues to look at the letter. She asks, "What does it say?" Charlie Brown replies, "It says, 'Thompson is in trouble!'"<BR><BR> Snoopy stands on the doghouse and wears a fake mustache. He thinks, "For a job like this, I have to put on my famous disguise . . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy jumps off the doghouse and thinks, "That stupid Thompson! The last time this happened, he almost got us all killed . . ."<BR><BR>

I love the surreal nature of Peanuts. A dog gets a letter with paw prints in it, realizes its a call for help, puts on a disguise, and goes on about the sort of guy Thompson is. And somehow, none of it seems strange at all.
