Tom Sawyer is now a banned book… along with the Dictionary, and Karl Marx’s The Communist Manifesto (though A Study Of Communism by Hoover is allowed.) NOTE: This comment is NOT meant to be philosophical, just an interesting factoid.

Mark Twain wrote Tom Sawyer in 1876, or thereabouts.
