Sally and Snoopy stand in front of the class. A voice asks, "How do we know that's a real dog?" Another voice says, "Yeah, maybe it's a kid in a dog suit . . ."<BR><BR> Snoopy looks angry and he walks.<BR><BR> Sally watches Snoopy and hears a loud sound.<BR><BR> Sally stands next to Snoopy and says, "Animals are usually friendly unless needlessly provoked." A voice says, "Well, it could have been a kid in a dog suit . . ."<BR><BR>

Of course, a kid in a dog suit would have punched him, too. a bite would have been more convincing. I guess Snoopy didn’t want to have to produce proof of vaccination afterwards.

Snoopy’s expression in panel 2 is great-all like “That does it!” and with that BELTS the heckler who claimed him to be “a kid in a dog suit.” And what Sally says in panel 4 is SO TRUE-“Animals are friendly unless provoked”-i.e., provoked to the point of had it with uncalled-for and unwanted BS.
