Sad that the other characters, especially the women, are so intent on eroding Charlie Brown’s confidence. We’ve never seen the “little red-haired girl.” We don’t even know her real name. (Heather is a name given to her in the specials, not the strip; therefore it is not canonical.) But based on what we know about her, she would not likely laugh in anyone’s face. More likely, if she decided she didn’t like Charlie Brown, she’d be polite about it.
