Charlie Brown walks out of the house with his hands opened. He exclaims,"Come in! Come in! Sit anywhere!"<BR><BR> He walks over to Snoopy, who is sitting atop the doghouse. Charlie Brown continues,"Good evening, sir...welcome to the fanciest restaurant in town!"<BR><BR> He adopts a silly grin and makes motions with his hands. He says,"Our special tonight is dog food...it is scooped carefully from the can, plopped lightly into the dish and stirred vigorously into an appetizing delight..."<BR><BR> As Snoopy rolls his eyes, he exclaims,"You'll have the special then, sir? Good! You'll not be sorry!"<BR><BR> He asks,"Would you care for a drink before dinner? A bowl of water perhaps? Fine!"<BR><BR> He walks off concluding,"Your water will be with you in a moment...."<BR><BR> Snoopy scowls at a piece of paper in his hands and thinks,"If this is such a fancy place, why the paper napkin?"<BR><BR>

Giving any kind of napkin to a dog is fancy.
