37 degrees this morning. Way too cold for November. And we’re scheduled to have freezing temperatures next week, probably in the 20s. This is extremely rare because we usually don’t see freezing temperatures until January, or sometimes even February. Darn this global warming!
It was crispy yesterday with the temps staying under the 30 mark, the temps are still in the 20s and the snow lay on the ground. Today’s high, 38, for Burlington anyway.
Now I’ll tell you, I don’t consider it to be cold until the temps are much closer to 0. They are talking about temps in the teens, now that is getting cold.
The lowest we have gotten so far is around 40. I don’t expect we’ll see any freezing temps for a while – we usually get a few in January or February. In the meantime, I’m enjoying the heck out of what we do have.
Yesterday went well. I’m healing up from the shingles nicely. They do itch, though, like any scab when it’s ready to come off. The temptation is to scratch them off, but that would scar my face so I use hydro-cortisone cream and tough it out.
Our Ladies to Ladies meeting is later this morning. I did figure out what to take, but I have to get it in the oven by around 10:00. We’re making the final preparations for our Christmas Tea next month.
After that, I plan to come home and make Chex party mix. It’s that time of the year.

Good Sunrise, Vagabonds,
Sunny with a few flying saucer clouds thrown in. Supposed to get up to 52, and a winter storm warning starting tonight. Goody.
Like David said……this is only November!
Today is Cleaning Lady Day. Got to run.
