No, that just causes resentment and low moral. A good manager can make people happy and excited to do the jobs assigned to them.

I guess she failed to convince him to hire her.
Standing on the man’s desk doesn’t make a good impression.
I think that Employment guy needs more “convincing,” Broomie! Give him a big zap!
