Was visiting VA and saw a long line going to DMV. Don’t think I’ve spent more than 20 minutes anywhere in Canada, most plates are stickerless and you need to do photo every 5 years. The rest is on line
On a side note: I used to work in Pass & ID on an AF base. When we did the photos for the restricted area badges, we weren’t allowed to take pictures of them smiling. They wanted them to look natural.
