seriously? just wanting to share the feeling of a kicking baby in the middle of the night?
My first daughter kicked me out of bed about a month before she was born.
I was sleeping on my side facing the edge of the bed with my wife spooned up against my back.
The baby kicked me in the small of my back, I was startled, and ended up on the floor.
LOL! Now he gets excited! Hilarious!

Laying the keel is about the only time the husband is interested.. after that, the building and launching are not his concern.
She is so selfish to wake him up for this. Once a baby starts moving around it will continue to move around a lot. He can feel the baby move tomorrow when he is awake.

Any old married man will patiently explain on how, when the wife asks if you felt the baby move, the correct answer is always “yes”.
I would put my belly on his back so he could feel it. Other pass times was watching my belly move around.
He won’t remember. Not enough time to get into short term memory to be transferred to long term memory.
