My dad, he’d have been straight down the pub, with our dog, Shandy…

Many shopping centres in the UK have Dad Crèches… While mum’s shopping, she can leave dad in the crèche with its own bar, bar and video games and obviously sports TV…

Maybe Xmas shopping, that might be why the town is so busy!

My daughter works at a Clarks outlet in an open Tanger outlet mall. I swear, if I didn’t have to take her to work, I wouldn’t go withing 2 miles of the place. It only has two ways in and out, and it’s by a highway and a feeder. Oh, and it’s across from a convention center and a hockey coliseum, which are Also holding venues for Christmas. Took me 30 minutes to get in, 20 to get out. And the people! Everybody speeding, when there’s an opening . It’s a free-for all ! I was almost hit twice.

Fred is not the only winner. One here mentioned the time getting into and out of a shopping center/mall parking lot w/o parking. I have seen husbands, wives, etc driving around for minimum hour waiting for a parking space to be vacated or someone to come out of the business; which ever occurs first. How much gas, wear and tear? That is only considering the vehicle. Whether biding time, with soda, gym, snack, place with tv, barbershop, visiting somebody else, stopping for a prayer everybody’s safety and calmness, arcade; whatever works.
