Lucy leans on the piano as Schroeder plays. A musical staff is just above her head.<BR><BR> She turns her head to him and asks, "If you were on a concert tour in far-off places, would you call me ever day?"<BR><BR> Schroeder looks at her and replies, "No, I'd never call you." She asks,"You'd probably write though, wouldn't you?"<BR><BR> He bends over the keys again and replies, "No, I'd never write to you." She says,"But you'd probably send me cute little postcards that would show where you were staying and sights you had seen..."<BR><BR> He replies, "No, I would never send you a postcard." She asks, "But if you happened to meet someone in a hotel lobby whom we both knew, you'd probably tell him to say 'Hello' to me when he got back home, wouldn't you?"<BR><BR> He replies, "Who knows? I might...."<BR><BR> She concludes, "I knew you'd miss me!"<BR><BR>

In the animated special “It’s an adventure” Schroeder says “I can’t stand it” afterwards qnd storms off while she ends up being disappointed
