You guys are lucky. My brother was 10x meaner than Michael but I thought it was normal sibling rivalry. Fast forward 50 years. He’s still mean and sadly, we are estranged (not my choice, but his). I guess some siblings never get over that “I hate my sister” phase. >sigh<
When I was 14 my school choir did a medley of Broadway hits. We were instructed to dress up in something from any of the many songs we were doing. I love cats & “CATS”. I already had the soundtrack memorized. Money was tight, so mom did the best she could. I had the obligatory tights and leotard. The only material mom had on hand for my tail was some fluffy blue stuff. I was happy. At the time blue was my favorite color. Mom was actually able to come to the show. I guess some lady near her said, “Look at the blue fox!” Mom turned around and replied, “She’s a cat!”. Almost 40 years later and I can still hear her voice telling the story.
Spoken like an older brother. I know, I had two of them just like Michael. Now that we are all older, one of them doesn’t understand why I am a bit stand-offish. The other brother apologized to me for being a horrible brother. I love them both but I do have a better relationship with the one that apologized.

No worries…they were better siblings as adults. Better than Elly and Phil.

Very nice costume, Elly! Better save it for another round later, so you can get it out for use with your third one. Lizzy does look very pretty.

He could at least have called her an Ice Fairy — would have sounded (accidentally) like a compliment…
