That’s also how you know something is Kosher for Passover.

I wouldn’t knock all organics. For instance today bananas pretty much are bland as all get out. Organic bananas remind me of how they tasted when I was a kid – that was a looong time ago – and are still pretty cheap. Basically organic produce is just grown the way it was before about 1940.

I thought it was the worms.

Would he give you a bum steer on that?

I’d ask what “fertilized” that food before I bought it, if “I” were Yoy.

It’s like women’s clothing, put the word “designer,” “tall,” “petite,” or “maternity” in front of it and it doubles the price.

I personally believe words actually have meaning. If it’s a real tomato or apple or any other fruit or vegetable, it is organic. If it’s not organic, then it must be wax or plastic.

Works in our stores.. Even have categories of “organic” based on price.. so for the good stuff go high

I get mad every time I see a “Certified Pre-Owned” car sign. I don’t need a certificate to know it’s a used car!

I once asked a Muslim person how he got halal food. “It’s easy.” he replied, “I just buy everything I need from a kosher market.”

Price just means unscrupulous retailers put an organic label on it so they could charge more.

Strange, I though all food was organic.

As a former apple grower, if they look perfect they have been sprayed many times with toxic poisons.

Do organic bananas actually taste better than “regular” ones?

And I thought Kosher foods were pricy.

No tech for any other kind of farming. But the information was put into their brains prematurely.

Actually there is a farmer’s market near my apartment that has “organic” apples for $0.99/lb and the supermarket has the exact same variety of apples, not organic priced $2.49/lb. and the organics are twice the size of the non-organic.
