The Foreign Legionnaire thinks, "Oh, really? By golly, you're right!"<BR><BR> Snoopy thinks, "We've broken their code!!"<BR><BR>

You take each symbol and enter it into a computer where it is rotated 180 degrees, then you reverse the order.

Imagine reading this strip in a newspaper, which is how everyone would have read it originally. If you turned the page’s bottom to the top, you could read the message if you couldn’t read upside down.
If you’re looking at this on a tablet, you could turn it upside down, unless the image readjusts itself.
