I'll help all the little kids in the world who can't give up their blankets . . ."<BR><BR> Sally feels Linus's forehead.<BR><BR> Sally says, "Your head doesn't even feel warm!"<BR><BR>

Well, Panel 4 is certainly enough valid proof, that Linus really can do without his blanket, if he wants to—not even any signs of a fever, so Sally says, after feeling his head in Panel 3.
