I don’t think we’ve ever seen an episode involving cheerleaders, outside of that one time when some soccer girls were forming a pyramid.

Back in the day (1980 or so) I was helping coach my son’s soccer team. and we played another team called the “Sharks.” They not only had girl cheerleaders (in uniform) but also a big banner with a shark on it. As I recall they won, being very aggressive. I did think they were a little much.
