Actually, the air pressure in a space suit is less than one third that at sea level on earth. Their heads should be blowing up.

Probably joined the “U.S. Space Force”. The military usually guesses the size of new recruits a little wrong.

In Aerospace as technician during the Mercury program the cushy job was to volunteer for space suit testing. Little work and lots of pay. Sadly I was too tall to qualify.
