Every so often the local news has reports on officers pulling drivers over for doing something right / safely and giving them some sort of coupon or silly award. I always think the same thing: Glad that wasn’t me. I would be just as pissed at wasting my time with a rolling stop citation as a “fully stopped gift card”.
