Why I don’t venture out in hunting season

…Many years ago, I had a horse shot out from under me, up in Colorado, by some idiot from California who mistook me in my bright orange vest and the palomino horse I was riding, in an open meadow, for an elk!

Two years prior to that, I’d had a horse that I was boarding for a friend, shot in its corral by a deer hunter. His first shot went through the kitchen window!

No more moose turd pie?

Uh oh. Another evil hunter story? …sigh

I really don’t like where this is going. Where’s the deus ex machina?

It’s the second week of deer camp,and all the guys are here.We drink,play cards,and shoot the bull,but never shoot no deer.Da Yoopers ;)

Is Don Jr. on the other side of that scope (or is he committing treason at Trump Tower?) Luckily, this WILL be continued!

Maybe the moose hunter won’t shoot when he sees the cute horse on top of the moose. The horse will save the moose’s life.

Moose are the largest representative of deer.

My first thought was an old Gary Larson cartoon where one bear is pointing to the other bear next to him in the crosshairs. “Don’t shoot me, get him instead!”

I hope whoever is behide the scope, is a bad shot and misses both Davey and Lucy.
