I once tried sleeping on a satin pillow case. My head slid down into my shoulder and cramped my neck. I was sore for days. Never again!
Like me. I sleep with two dogs and wake up with sore muscles in odd places, lol!

Tweaked my back a couple of weeks ago when I suppressed a sneeze. Took me a little bit to figure out why it hurt.
