While this seems timely, we need to remember that Scott (Eric?) did this two weeks ago.
Stil, one has to wonder: Is Scott finally having second thoughts – not necessarily about Trump (he’s a “never Trumper” we’re supposed to believe) – but is he finally thinking that impeachment might be the right thing after all?
Trump couldn’t get Zelensky to make an announcement that he was going to investigate the Bidens, due to the incompetence of Rudy Giuliani, Mick Mulvaney, Gordon Sondland, Rick Perry and Mike Pompeo. So now Lindsey Graham is launching a probe of the Bidens, the show goes on…… "The Three Amigos” couldn’t get it done, Trump is down to “The Stooges.”
On this day of all days, I am doubly saddened to think that a lightweight like JFK was a giant of character, intellect, and statesmanship compared to what we have now.
The GOP has been completely undevoted to to true conservatism for decades..and it has nothing to do with Trump. They are just anither version of big government and just as guilty of corporate cronyism as the dems. Not a dimes worh of differnece. Again, this is not due to Trump. If anything, Trump has done more to guide them back to true constitutional conservatism…by getting out of TPP, NAFTA and Paris accorda as well as putting conatituionalists on Supreme court, deregulating, cutting taxes and gutting epa overreach.
The re are few Repuboicans who have remined loyal to republicanism, limited government, free markets, property rights, individual liberty and non-interventionism in markets and foreign affairs. They are folks like Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Louie Gomerrt, Ted cruz. Rare.
Can ANYbody explain to me why educated, experienced, grown men are afraid of being Tweeted at by someone with the mentality of a fourth-grade schoolyard bully?
The GOP walked away from most of that 30 odd years ago. Only a handful of principled conservatives remain. Fiscal responsibility, limited government, self sufficiency. Yet these are the people the media ridicules as zealots and kooks.
Both parties have abandoned the old principals and loyalties. The GOP has sold out to transnational corporations and the Dems have abandoned the working class for the entitlement class.

Republicans still have allegiance to ideas.
Like trickle down.
It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It!
Saddam had nucular weapons.
No collusion, no obstruction, no Treason.
.
Allegiance to ideas. Sure.

In end drumpf will skate through the Senate farce of trial. I would give him a 50-50 chance of winning the next election!

You could never know what it’s like
Your blood like winter freezes just like ice
And there’s a cold lonely light that shines from you
You’ll wind up like the wreck you hide behind that mask you use
And did you think this Joker never wins
Well look at me, I’m coming back again
I got a taste of love in a simple way
And if you need to know while I’m still standing you just fade away
Don’t you know I’m still standing better than I ever did
Looking like a true survivor, feeling like a little kid
I’m still standing after all this time
Steppin on the pieces of your farce without you on my mind
I’m still standing yeah yeah yeah
I’m still standing yeah yeah yeah
Although you never could hope to win
You started down the road getting me again
The threats you made were meant to cut me down
And all this is just a circus and you seem clown right now
I’m still standing yeah yeah yeah
I’m still standing yeah yeah yeah
With apologies to Bernie Taupin and Elton John

In a Kingdom to criticize the King is called Lese Majeste and is a crime. Our new policy is “Semper Est Recta Regem” “The King Is Always Right.”
