Even though it’s just a regular day for this comic in Canada, Happy Thanksgiving anyhow.
I was nearly 60 before I realized that other people literally form pictures in their minds. I can’t do that. I enjoy the story and suspense of a good book but I have to see the movie for the visuals.
I can’t enter an author’s universe the way I did as a kid, but I’ll still take a book over a video.
I can still remember forming the pictures as I read “Treasure Island”…
This comic warms my bibliophile heart.
The real trick is to be able to write so others can form pictures from your words.
