I think the Good Doctor sees the Problem right off.

I think the good doctor will take his money, and walk away with a smile.

He prefers to go by Dr. Raj instead of his first name Ted. Rather pretentious since he wants to refer to her by her first name.(before you flame me, just a joke, I am familiar with TED talks)

McMahon must be her married name. Maybe assuming too much, but I assumed that Rita was of Hispanic ethnicity.

If they are not happy, they will seek happiness elsewhere and soon it will be just Rita.

At the conclusion of a 45 year career in heavy construction, non-profits and retail, I am amazed at the amount of work that gets done in spite of the quality of management. Think what our nation would be if most managers liked and empowered their people.

Probably nothing would get done. (I don’t really think that, it was just too good an opportunity to pass up.)

Rita is living proof that the Peter Principle is true.

hmm I’ve always gotten pretty good results at getting people to be productive through the use of whips, sniper rifle practice shots and the promise of a meal sometime this month. I can’t imagine happiness working any better than that.
