My doctor changed my cholesterol medication and I developed super leg cramps to the point of almost not being able to walk. Severe pain in any position. I went back to him and he said we’d have to try something else. I asked him if there was any way I could reduce the pain and he said only time would fix it. A day later I checked on the internet and found that mega doses of Vitamin D would help. Two days later the pain was gone. On my next Dr. visit I asked him why he hadn’t told me about Vit D, he said “because it hasn’t been proven yet” – thanks for nothing! (SAVED BY THE INTERNET!)
