I’m not a Boomer. I’m a Buster. I was born in the year with the lowest birthrate since the second world war and I know all the old shows from the 50’s and 60’s because they didn’t make much new programming aimed at my age group when I was growing up. they just played reruns of old sitcoms all day and made almost all new shows aimed at people 10 + years older than me. Same thing with movies. There were lots of times there when I was a child where there was not a single movie in theatres that wasn’t restricted, and in those days they didn’t let adults take kids into restricted movies.
I’m normally not one to cavil/ but MY dreams of Jeannie unravel/ at the sight of this hulk/ wearing thrice Jeannie’s bulk/ and I’d rather NOT see her navel. (Well, it rhymes “on paper”, dammit
