Jesus is the symbol of the religion of the white god. santa is infinatly older being the incarnation of the season’s festivals.
Jessu is in houses of worship and not used for sell merchanidise. by comparrison Santa is the symbol of the revels and is almost never seen IN a house of worship.
Anybody remember the tv special that aired back in the 70’s, with Mac Davis & Bernadette Peters? They lived in a time when everyone celebrated Conspicuous Consumption Day. Obviously a jab at Christmas commercialism, & it’s even more true now. I just wait for it to be over. Only to get hit by the January sales. The holiday is worthless anymore, but the spirit of it can be celebrated every day of the year.
Note the “Bethlehim n’ Hers” gun shop sign selling sawed-off shotguns. The state of Indiana made sawed-off shotguns legal 7-1-2015. The one and only purpose of sawed-off shotguns is to commit murder. And the NRA owned yahoos made them legal. Indiana should just go ahead and make murder legal as well.

Christmas is such a complex holiday, especially when it comes to Jesus and Santa.

It seems George’s Sombrero comes and goes from time to time, still, he looks so cute with it on :)

If you’ve never heard Stan Freberg’s comedy bit, “Green Christmas,” it’s worth a listen.
