We have a town like that nearby. The through highway and a blinking red light. Navigation is easy.

Pennsylvania has a county that for many years had only one intersection with a control light. It was the crossroads in the county seat and had red and yellow blinkers. I’m told that it has since been upgraded to a real red, yellow, green stoplight.

I live in a town with NO stop lights, and only three four-way stop intersections. (Population a bit under 1200.)
