Oooh…. cringe. The Great White concert that killed 100 people because of unapproved pyrotechnics was in 2003. This copyright says 2010.

Well, they’re pursuing a permit, which implies that the indoor pyrotechnics would be safe. Such permits are difficult to obtain, for obvious reasons.
