Many years ago, I had a young, black woman working for me. One day her husband was going to stop in to visit her. She mentioned to all of us that he was 6’8’’ but said “do not ask him if he played basketball because he hates basketball”. I doubt if anybody in the office would have been dumb enought to ask that question but he sure had the long, lean look of someone who played baskeball.
