Just an old salt.

I used to work in a Salt Mine, obviously salt was everywhere even the air we would breath. I’ve never had a blood pressure problem. Having said that, the people who had to work with me often had high blood pressure.

I can never relate to these strips at all. With few exceptions,* anything more than “just a little salt” is too much. It still amazes me that it’s now popular to ruin perfectly good caramel by salting it. On the other hand, I discovered some years ago that if I like black pepper on something, I’ll like it three times better with three times as much pepper.

*Pretty much just popcorn and fried potatoes, and even then what some people consider “just right” is far too salty for me.
