No curry is too spicy. The first time I’m aware of chilli heat is when my head hair feels moist. My mouth only registers that there’s some mild heat. I grow really hot chillies and can eat them off the vine.

In my experience living with my girlfriend’s pakistani family, you get used to the spice eventually, maybe after a few months of diarrhea
