I’m starting my holiday baking today. I haven’t been cooking or baking regularly for myself for awhile, so am expecting some hiccups along the way. Bought extra ingredients fully expecting this event :-) To bad there’s nobody to share the mistakes with.
I used to bake for Thanksgiving when we used to have the families for dinner. I would not bake before the Tuesday 2 days before and then I only started the cookies that took 3days to make and everything else was baked on Wednesday.

That’s my plan for the coming weekend. That and getting the cards ready to mail. Best part of Christmas for me, for reasons that are not usual.
