@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny , when our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is drunk he always breaks out into discordant singing , but he sometimes forgets the words so that guy in the window tells Andy the lines to get rid of him is priceless :o) , my avatar is the Coat of Arms of my Maltese surname GRECH , with tree stars ,a tree and two scorpions at each side , I wonder if Andy has one, have you a Coat of Arms ? how was your day? our Finally Friday should be busy but calm I hope, congratulations on your work placement Starlet , have fun but don’t eat too many mince pies or Christmas logs , you have to watch your figure :o) I don’t need to watch mine so I’m pigging out on mince pies BCNU pal
I’d like to have a coat of arms. M y dad was born in the province of Novara, in Piemonte; my maternal grandparents are from the southern part of Sicily; landed in New York, then to Canada. where my mom was born. Then, they moved to San Jose, California to join relatives. I guess we’d be considered peasants, so devoid of a coat of arms.
The great thing about the Frosty the Snowman Christmas special is that it was animated by Paul Coker Jr. who worked for Mad magazine. How cool is that?!

Thanks for the earworm, Andy!
Now I’ll be hearing Frosty the Snowman all day long!
And I couldn’t stand Gene Autry – whose version will be the one stuck in my head!!

Andy’s singing will earn him a chamberpot full of half-and-half. Half from the husband and half from his wife.

Christmas caroling of Andy Capp differs from the old-time Dickensian Christmas carolers – those folks could at least carry a tune.
