Am I mistaken or is Wally not being affected by the strange visual effects going on? If so, was this an oversight on Aaron’s part, or is this intentional and a sign of things to come?

I would be mildly surprised if there was ever an oversight on Aaron’s part, but I can’t recall one. LOL I am often amazed how every (seemingly tiny) thing is there for a reason.

I think only two were requested to hold the cosmic cassette recorder. Looks like Wally gets to be with his ‘family’ but he will only have Chic to talk to about goings-on on the beach.

I’m wondering if it may not be because he is unconscious that we don’t see the effect on him? sorta like the difference in effects during a transformation?

Hmmmmm, she did say “two of you”, so is there a limit as to how many can be pulled out of that reality at a time? I assumed because Duffy was carrying an unconscious Wally he was the only one required to touch the recorder. In panel 2, Wally apparently seems unaffected by the transitional shift — the others are blurred.

Wally and Duffy end up fused! A two headed, two tailed, four armed and legged force of unstoppable awesomeness! Nah…..xD. This is an awesome set of panels however…..bravo, bravo author!

I don’t think that enough of Wally’s face is visible to notice if there is any sort of transition effect.
