Instead of a “cup” he should just use an IV bag.

A coffee shop does me no good unless than can deliver in less time than I can brew my own

I put in 20 minutes of exercise and a 4-mile walk before my first cup on most days.

I try to get my exercise in before I wake up.

Grinding to a halt.

That sounds reasonable.
