OK, I just don’t get it. A bird in his tail and what’s with the hands in the chimney?

I get that the cat ate the bird, and the bird ain’t having it… might even drop the cat. But why are someone’s hands clinging to the chimney? Did Santa Have a failed Pre-season practice run?

When our cats fly through the house, at least they do it facing forward

Who is in the chimney? Don’t worry, cats have nine lives….

Wow. After seeing today’s drawing, I was afraid to ask what the heck was going on? But after reading everyone’s comments, it seems we’re all in the dark. Whew!

I assume that the cat ate the humming bird, who migrated all the way back into the tail, and popped its wings out enough to take off with ca and all. Definitely some cartoon logic there.

There are lots of things to think about in this one. The windows in the far house are watching us.

I can think of a few places …

Cool art on this one, with the bird in the cat’s tail.
