Linus ignores her.<BR><BR> Lucy says, "You're a puzzlewit and a dimbulb!"<BR><BR> Linus jumps into the air and falls over.<BR><BR> Linus lies on his back. Lucy says as she walks away, "The old words still work the best . ."<BR><BR>

Dim bulb I have heard of, puzzlewit, I have not. Noun. One who is puzzled, a stupid or silly person. Noodleneck I could not find, other than a neck like a noodle or possibly a spineless person.

Actually, “blockhead” is a pretty old one, too. Even Jane Austen used it (or at least, it was used in “Love and Friendship”, the movie adaptation of Austen’s Lady Susan).
